At Jane Win Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Package with Care

  Place your jewelry in its original Jane Win pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit, including all original packaging materials.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
